Sweet cream of mushroom soup

Potato, button mushroom, salt water, chopped onion, cool milk or chicken soup, water, salt, ground black pepper.

Cooking Steps:

cut the potatoes in to chunks, cook until potatoes are soft,, soak the mushroom in salt water for 10mins, clean up and then slice them;

Melt some butter and stir-fry the chopped onion till the fragrance comes out, pour in the mushroom slices, till the mushroom color becomes transparent.

put the potato, mushroom into the blender, mix with milk , after mixture is done, add in some water or milk or chicken soup to make it less thicker.

Boil the soup, add in appropriate amount of salt, ground black pepper, stock to enhance the soup taste, cook for another short while.
