Cream Mushroom soup DIY

Butter 55g, some lemon juice, half an onion, mushroom 200g, whipping cream 60ml, some salt, one cane of green onion, chicken soup 120g, milk 500g, 4 garlics, flour 35g, some pepper.

Cooking Steps:

Melt the butter with low fire, add the chopped onion, chopped green onion, chopped garlic, keep on stirring them in the pan with low fire, till the onion turns transparent.

Pour the flour in the pan, till the flour becomes light yellow color.

Pour in chicken soup in the pan, keep stirring until they are all perfectly mixed.

And then slowly add in the milk, 500g milk needs to be added in the pan separately for 4 times, each time fully stirred. After boiling, turn the fire low, keep on stirring till the soup gets thick and sticky.

After the soup gets thick, add in the mushroom dices, keep stirring for other 10 mins.

Pour in the whipping cream after the fire was turn off, add in 2-3 drops of lemon juice, appropriate amount of salt and pepper, then sprinkle some bread crumbs in the pan.
