Corn Pancake

Ingredients:

Canned corn, apple dices, potato/corn starch.


Cooking steps:

A can of canned corn.

Drain the canned corn water.

Add in some apple dices.

Add in the corn starch then mix them evenly.

Brush some oil in the pan, then pour the corn kernel in.

After the pancake shape is set, remove the oil, then leave them in the pan with low fire for 5-6 mins.

Take the corn pancake out, cut them in to small pieces, then ready to be served.
