Fired corn with pine nuts

Canned corn, green pepper, red pepper, oil, salt and sugar

Cooking steps:

Pour the pine nuts in the pan, turn low the fire, take out the pine nuts once their color turns.

Take out the corn kernels from the can, drain the water.

Clean up the green pepper and red pepper, cut them into dices.

Put a bit oil in the pan, heat the chopped green onion then pour in all the ingredients, turn the fire into medium, stir fry them.

Add in appropriate amount of sugar and salt, stir them evenly.
